1. Scope of Service

Flownware Export acts as an Indian sourcing facilitator and export logistics coordination partner. All quotations provided via our digital platform, email, or messaging channels represent preliminary commercial estimates based on current crop harvest prices, mill production schedules, and ocean freight tariffs at the time of inquiry.

2. Formal Commercial Contracts

Binding commercial orders are formalized through explicit Proforma Invoices (PI), Sales Contracts, or Purchase Orders specifying exact commodity parameters, moisture tolerances, packaging artworks, Incoterms (Incoterms 2020), payment structures (Letter of Credit / Telegraphic Transfer), and delivery milestones.

3. Quality Inspection & Tolerance Limits

Finished agricultural commodities and manufactured goods are subject to standard international trade tolerances. Buyers may engage independent pre-shipment inspection agencies (such as SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Intertek) at the Indian load port prior to container sealing.

4. Regulatory & Customs Responsibilities

While Flownware Export assists in preparing export-origin phytosanitary certificates, Certificates of Origin, and SFDA/SABER compliance documentation, final customs clearance, import duty settlement, and local clearance fees at destination ports (Jeddah, Dammam, Riyadh Dry Port, Jebel Ali, etc.) remain the statutory responsibility of the consignee.
