When you submit a Request for Quotation (RFQ), communicate via WhatsApp, or email our trade desk, we collect business-level contact details including your full name, commercial establishment/company name, official email address, telephone/WhatsApp number, target product specifications, and desired delivery destinations in Saudi Arabia or other GCC countries.

2. Purpose of Processing

The commercial information you provide is utilized exclusively for:

• Evaluating bulk commodity availability and matching vetted Indian manufacturing facilities.
• Calculating accurate FOB and CIF freight quotations to your nominated GCC seaports.
• Preparing statutory export documentation (Phytosanitary, Certificate of Origin, SFDA / SABER conformity packets).
• Direct commercial follow-up regarding your procurement requirements.

3. Non-Disclosure & Confidentiality

We do not sell, rent, or lease your commercial data or buyer lists to third parties or marketing brokers. Technical specifications and drawings provided for custom manufacturing are shared strictly with verified factory engineers under reciprocal confidentiality obligations.
